Enhanced Sega 3D Classics game hits Japan on April 28, the west this July
Earlier this month Sega announced plans for the next wave of Sega 3D Classics games, which deliver enhanced versions of beloved titles from the arcade and Genesis/Mega Drive days to the Nintendo 3DS eShop. 3D Streets of Rage 2 is due out in July, but it's hitting Japan first on April 28, and Sega has a new video showing off some of the stereoscopic 3D effect.
Try watching this on your 3DS if you can. If not, at least you get to hear Yuzo Koshiro's unbeatable soundtrack.
In addition to the 3D effect, 3D Streets of Rage 2 features two player local co-op, a Quartet Mode that lets all the characters brawl at once, and all the bells and whistles we've come to expect from the M2-developed series of classics.
