We are happy to announce that the 2015 ISU Conference will take place in Busan, Korea. South Korea (the Republic of Korea) is a very modern country. But Korea has retained a unique identity through its own traditional culture, its language, and its delicious cuisine. Walk through any city or town, along wide streets or small alleyways, and discover a wide variety of restaurants, both large and small. Humble place serves wonderful dishes, from fish to grilled meats, great mushrooms, and a multitude of preserved foods.
