Here's how. This is really great using Virtual Desktop or Bigscreen and almost feels like a proper VR game if you get the screen size distance correct.

-Launch Virtual Desktop or Bigscreen

-Launch Deus Ex Launcher

-Under Deus Ex Display options make sure you have Fullscreen ticked

-Select Side by Side option under Stereoscopic 3D

-Launch game

-Under in-game options Display select Stereo Separation slider and change this to between 24-30% You might need to fiddle to get it right with distant objects being in focus alongside near objects being in focus too.

-If you're using virtual Desktop hit F7 to change to Half SBS (make sure to use a flat screen) Curved screen works but you might need to adjust the stereo separation option a little.

-In Bigscreen you need to select Beta Options then choose 3D SBS.
