Looking again at 1/3000 of a second as a possible "threshold" for usable stereoscopic sync - this time using the old spinning message fan gag along with popping some balloons.
Hopefully I'll be able to really dial in the numbers when I get my Xminilab Portable mixed signal oscilloscope in the next couple of days.
Recorded with two Canon VIXIA HF R400 camcorders "synced" by monitoring the degree of sync with an LCD Sync Shepherd.
