There are some minor visual bugs in this video:
Missing frames from left eye that causes black flickering
Some slow down or lag caused by the recording
On to the emulator I used PCSX2
This version latest one I think: PCSX2-R5875
Settings:
Video plugin:
GSdx32-SSE4-3D
Renderer - Direct3D11 hardware
3x Native resolution (without recording 5x)
Enable HW Hacks:
Alpha
Sprite
Aggressive CRC

Ingame the plugin has a basic ui for 3D settings mine are:
